Snap Galway have been an approved supplier to the University of Galway since 2009. As the University of Galway caters to a diverse community of students, faculty, and staff, their printing requirements are extensive and varied.


Snap Galway is a trusted supplier of the University’s comprehensive printing needs, encompassing everything from stationery, brochures, promotional products and signage.


Approved Supplier Contracts:

  1. Current Print contract (CON1440) commenced in February 2023
  2. Maintenance, Manufacture and Installation of Existing Internal Signage (BUILD/1266/2020 Lot 2:)
  3. Branded Merchandise (NUIG/CON470/2021)

Our Approach

Snap Galway works closely with the University on both large and small projects. Our experienced design, production and customer service team ensures that each project is carefully managed so that a quality product is delivered on time. Snap Galway recognises the importance of the University brand guidelines. It is our responsibility to ensure that all material supplied to the University is ‘on-brand’. Declan Monaghan

Declan, a graduate of the University of Galway, has acted as account manager to the University since 1997 and has a deep understanding of how to meet and exceed the expectations of the print purchasers. Declan maintains a hands-on approach to the print contract and is involved in all aspects of the contract to ensure the satisfactory delivery of Snap Galway’s products and services.


Declan is mainly ‘office based’ ensuring that he is always contactable and has the immediate ability to act on ‘urgent/11th hour’ requests and/or any problem resolution issues (which are inevitable in a contract of this scale). Declan will have overall responsibility for the University contract.

Ronan Walsh

Ronan, an MBA graduate of the University of Galway, has acted as deputy account manager over two framework agreements, including NUIG/CON120/2018. Ronan frequently meets print purchasers on campus to advise purchasers on a variety of print projects (in particular wide format material and exhibition displays). Ronan has a thorough understanding of the brand guidelines and ensures that the University Brand is consistently presented in a compliant manner.
